WARRANTY POLICY

1. Conditions are warranted

- Equipment is in the warranty period, this period is recorded on the warranty stamp or as agreed on the contract. We only guarantee equipment damage related to product quality under normal conditions of use. 
- The equipment brought to the warranty center must remain the warranty stamp.

2. Conditions not covered under warranty

- The equipment brought to the Warranty Center is no longer warranty stamp or warranty stamp is torn due to the customer repairing without permission of the Manufacturer, Distributor. 
- Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, electric shock, mechanical deformation caused by dropping or improper installation ... 
- Damages caused by subjective causes of people, animals ...

3. Service after warranty

The equipment and products purchased at Danh Dang company after the warranty period or under the warranty conditions will be replaced by the repair center of the company with preferential price or support to repaired at Genuine.
