• Pink/white: very low voltage

• Red/Blue: standard voltage

• Green: does not indicate the voltage but serves to identify frequencies other than standards (50/60 Hz)

• Yellow/Black: special voltage

Classification – Clock position

• Through the clock position is possible to identify the voltage compatibility.
• The location of the ground contact (identified because it is slightly larger than the other contacts) can be found in one of the 12 positions in the graph on the right.
• As a result, for safety and compatibility reasons it will be possible to couple the socket and plug that have the same position as the ground contact.

IEC 309 HP range

-The industrial sockets were born for the need to transmit greater powers than the civil standard, for harsh environments, to have mechanical strength and to prevent accidental disposals

-The devices are characterized by a coordinated aesthetics able to guarantee recognizability and value within industrial connections. The range can be divided in two categories:

• 16-32 A

• 63-125 A

The 16-32 A versions offer screw wiring and quick spring wiring. Two technologies that ensure extreme effectiveness in wiring operations.

Indirect clamping mantle with double screw (63 A) or grain (125 A) ensure better surface area and contact pressure. The ground clamp is slightly raised so that you can recognize it more easily.

The clamps are oriented and the wiring screws already unscrewed. The tip of the clamping tool is "caged" inside the clamp seat in this way the danger of slipping and consequent injuries is avoided.

All versions are available both in models with IP44/IP54 for standard applications, and for total protection in models IP66/IP67/IP68/IP69, for the most extreme conditions.

The use of high-performance engineering plastics offers extreme resistance to mechanical stress. (IK09), even at low temperatures (-25° C)

The overmolded rubber couplings guarantee an additional degree of protection of the most exposed parts for the 63 and 125 A models. In addition, they also ensure a better grip even in rainy conditions or using gloves.

The SAFE-LOCK locking system between body and handle, common to all 16-32A mobile versions. It is made by coupling with 1/4 turn rotation and anti-loosening clutch.

The closing screws of the handle can be easily tightened even with a screwdriver and are supplied already unscrewed: this prevents them from falling during assembly, making it easier to perform work at height.

The handle body closure system made with metric stainless steel screws into brass inserts, ensures the adequate pressure and stability of closing the sealing gaskets in different conditions and stresses of use.

Nickel plating of pins offers the best protection against corrosion, oxidation and abrasion.

In this way the maximum durability of the product is guaranteed, even in critical environments or in the presence of aggressive substances (marine and port installations).

The integration of the dual cable gland and cable clip function in a single device drastically reduces installation times allowing a wide range of diameters to be tightened. In addition, it guarantees an excellent watertight and mechanical seal and can be tightened both by hand and with a key for the 63-125 A versions.

The aesthetic study and the

combination of the different materials is based on maximum ergonomics to provide the best comfort in wiring and use. The nose pad, present on the handles of versions up to 63 A can be used as a hooking point to hang the products during use.

IEC 309 MA Range –Multipliers

Multipliers are available for the most commonly used voltages. They are the least invasive solution to allow the connection of multiple users where there is only one industrial socket. Available in 2 or 3-port versions for currents up to 32 A with fixed or mobile plug with 2meter cable.

IEC 309 MA Range –Adapters

There are configuration adapters to vary the voltage parameters and type of poles between input and output; power adapters where the rated current of the input plug is different from that of the sockets and phase adapters.

IEC 309 MA range – System adaptors

-These devices permit to adapt one or more civil sockets to industrial applications. Wired or fitted versions are available for any type of standard civil socket.

IEC 309 BTS range

- The series consists of 16-32 A mobile and 90 plugs and socket outlets, wall and flush mounting in protected versions (10° socket versions also available in watertight version). Available only in the traditional version with screw wiring.
